Netflix Announces Stranger Things 2 Release Date With New Poster

Netflix announced a release date for Stranger Things 2, on Friday.

They made the announcement by showing off a new poster for the show as well as a teaser video on social media.

Not a lot of information has been released for the second season, but clearly, something big is coming.

The show returns on October 27, just in time for Halloween.

Sense8 Returning For Two-Hour Finale on Netflix

Sense8 fans got a bit of good news, on Thursday.

While the show remains canceled, it will be coming back.

Netflix has announced that there will be a two-hour finale.

Filming is set to begin soon, with the special coming sometime in 2018.

It was canceled on June 1, with Netflix stating that it just was not receiving enough views to make the cost worthwhile.

Each episode of the show was averaging $9 million.

Better Call Saul Renewed For 4th Season

On Tuesday, AMC announced their renewal of Better Call Saul.

This will give the show it’s 4th season, which will include ten episodes.

Questions are beginning to arise as to just how many series they can squeeze out of the series, as it is a prequel to Breaking Bad.

Season 3 of the show added several characters from the original series, making it appear that we are very close to the end of space for the show.

There is no air date, yet, for Season 4, but it will likely come in April, like Season 3.

However, the show’s first two seasons started in February so they could always go back to that schedule.

Netflix Cancels Girlboss

Netflix has canceled another show for underperforming.

This time it was Girlboss that got the ax.

As with their previous cancellations, there was no previous hint that the show was in trouble.

No official word has yet been released on why Girlboss was canceled.

However, their previous cancellations were shows with high budgets and low viewership, which Netflix found not to be sustainable.

This show features Puss in Boots, from Shrek, who is trapped in a book of fairy tales.

To escape this book he must complete a variety of challenges.

When various decisions come up, the story pauses, and viewers will have 10-15 seconds to select which Puss will pursue.

Decisions can be selected via a remote, video game controller, or by a touch screen.

If time runs out, Netflix makes the decision at random.

A second interactive kids show is being finalized a will debut the first week of July.

Buddy Thunderstruck: The Maybe Pile, which stars a truck-racing dog and his pet ferret as they go through various stunts.

Next year, a third show will be released: Stretch Armstrong: The Breakout.

The company has not yet released any information about that one.
